Mr. Moore will be presenting “4 Generations in the Workforce” on Tuesday as the Luncheon Keynote Speaker in the Corcoran Ballroom, Salon A, Meeting Level of the Four Seasons Hotel located at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W., Washington, DC. In his keynote address, Tim Moore will share a framework that will help attendees understand generational differences and how to find effective leadership strategies that will speak to all generations. He will explore that the only common ground is the intensity with which each generation holds fast to its value systems. Understanding and respecting generational biases are critical to bringing out the best in every employee.

Tim Moore is an accomplished author and speaker with over three decades of experience in marketing, sales, and training. He is Editor of the magazine Carolina Business Connection and owner and principal of the sales consultancy Dancing Elephants. He is also a professional Keynote speaker for Generational Insights a company that is one of the leading experts on the impact of generational characteristics and differences on the workplace and the marketplace.
