At Mia Francesca, Raleigh’s best Italian restaurant, you can experience a weekend brunch right in centrally located North Hills and still be raving about it come Monday morning. Our weekend brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., and features handcrafted Northern Italian dishes created by Chef Zach. Plus, where else in the Triangle can you get a Bloody Mary perfectly suited to your individual taste from our one-of-a-kind Bloody Mary bar?

Sample as well our uniquely Northern Italian slant on the traditional North Carolina Southern favorite, shrimp and grits, our Polenta e Gamberi. You’ll enjoy spicy sautéed shrimp with fire-roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and sautéed baby spinach. Besides the shrimp and grits, our Arancini Benedict incorporates sundried tomato basil hollandaise, paired with crispy risotto, soft poached eggs and prosciutto de Parma. This is nothing like any Eggs Benedict you’ve ever tasted.

Our specialty bread is made the true Italian way with a pleasant touch of the South: bourbon vanilla bean batter-soaked grilled bread, topped with candied walnuts, with maple whipped cream covered in warm strawberry balsamic compote. And expect all of the expected in traditional favorites: frittatas, eggs, bacon, omelets and fluffy pancakes to fill out our lengthy menu.

And while you’re here, make your own personal Bloody Mary at the Bloody Mary Bar. Over the years, the historic Bloody Mary is almost more than tomato juice and vodka; it is known around the globe as “the world’s most complex cocktail.” But at our mixing bar, we make it simple to find the right flavorings and garnishes to customize your drink. If you like your Bloody Mary spicy, we have jalapenos, cayenne peppers and Tabasco sauce. Like it Southern style? Choose a touch of bacon syrup; now that is just North Carolina!

Remember you can still shake off that late winter chill and head over to Mia Francesca for lunch and dinner, where you’ll enjoy fine food and wonderful conversations as a couple or with friends and family. You can also stop in solo and visit for a beverage or two at the warm and friendly full service bar.

Make Mia Francesca part of your weekend memories, your holiday gatherings, and your daily life. Show us off to out-of-town guests by letting them experience the best in Northern Italian cuisine right here in Raleigh’s Midtown. Don’t forget Easter is in March this year! We are taking reservations now for Easter weekend (March 30-31st) and Mother’s Day on May 12th.

Call us today at (919) 278-1525 to book your special meeting or event. We promise every event is impressive and memorable for all of your guests.

The GREAT thing about Gaynor booking a table is that she also picks up the tab.

When I invite people to join me, I DO pick up the tab.... it's a European thing! So... you coming or not Howlett?

:]

It's also an American thing so now the only remaining issue is what is real Football?

We both know the answer to this... a "Bowl" is much Bigger than a "Cup" so it simply makes sense that the Super Bowl would be more meaningful that a World Cup.

Just saying.

Don't know yet - my Sweetie works Sundays so have to see if I can get her to go in late or get some time covered.
