The Article that Changed Everything ….
It was about a year ago ….. Sitting on my computer, looking out to the streets covered in snow -a spontaneous thought suddenly appeared, followed by a sudden download of what would become an article. It came spontaneously to me and it just poured out onto paper in that rare moment a writer is so grateful for.
Little did I know at that moment the impact this article would have on my business and many of the entrepreneurs who read it.
The article was called “The Enemy of the Entrepreneurs – Following the Herd” (http://www.write-strategy.com/2010/06/entrepreneur/) …
After spending about an hour writing and proofing it, I sent the article out to my members of the Charlotte and Raleigh Entrepreneur Organizations and to my surprise, within an hour I received one response after the other from entrepreneurs all over telling me how this article spoke directly to them and moved them …. AND I received 4 new clients from that article!
You see, one moment of inspiration can do more than a year of ridged goal planning and faithful to-do lists! The above example is only one of many stories I could tell you about my personal experiences … Listening to your spiritual voice is where the true ideas come – where the miracle doors open up and where you’re positioned to be “the first” to do something …. Not walking
BEHIND with the herd….
Every one of my successes have come from those times of inspiration. Most of my failures have been from the times of looking at what others are doing and following it.
The scary thing is that this was an article that I was so nervous to send out… because it was “spiritual” in nature -I feared about those who may be offended or disagree or what would people think about me … but what really happened was all those out there who where feeling the same way – feeling the same pull – led on the same path – where touched and encouraged by it.
What I learned that day was that when I allow my spirituality to become part of EVERYTHING … Including business – This is where I make the most impact, touch others and the spontaneous blessings happens and doors open.
The other thing I know is that when I am going through something – I know many others are also going through it … So I know many of you reading this are relating to these words.
Ever since that day last year – I KNEW that to become authentic in my unique path, I needed not only become more serious in allowing my spirituality to lead my business ventures – but also to share and help encourage and help other entrepreneurs to walk the same way – finding their authentic voice and life through their business.
For a whole year I looked for pieces of the puzzle to come together, and it was in November that the final piece of the puzzle showed up in my life – that was Philip A. Okrend. Without getting into the details – both he and I lit up as we discussed creating a program to help entrepreneurs
explore where their spirituality fits into their business … becoming authentic, allowing their true selves to lead and find that new way of business that is fulfilling and successful.
Why were we so excited? It was because this was not something he and I where just scheming up amongst ourselves – we both knew that this was something that each of us individually had been
prepared for and brewing in our minds for many years...
So here it is …..
The Spiritual Entrepreneur
A Five Week Journey to Living and Working Authentically
This journey will be about looking deep into our lives, passions, desires and business to find our unique path of walking into our authentic purpose in business and life.
Learn how to be led by your intuition, how to handle those things blocking you, what needs to “go” to move forward … and what needs to “”start” so you can live your authentic life.
Is this a Journey for everyone? No!
This meeting is ONLY for those who resonate with what I have shared… and are
feeling as though this is for them. We trust that you will KNOW if this is a
journey for you.
