Whether it's a deadline or you just need to get things done, how do you handle the pressure? Do you have grace or do you fold under the pressure?
I, Myself, do better when I have pressure. If I have a lot of time to do something, I'm more than likely to wait till the last minute. If I have a small window, I tend to be more productive with less time.
As business owners, we have to adjust to the work load the is in front of us. Slow times seem like the best time to take care of certain things that are harder to handle when we are busy. This is also a good time to catch up on personal things like projects around the house or hobbies. It's also a good time to get prepared for when things get busy, so that things will run smoothly.

Comment by Diogenes Ruiz on February 26, 2013 at 8:01am That is the one good thing about pressure. It really forces you to prioritize. Having multiple priorities all time is no fun, but at times when you do, it is like special training in a real life business boot camp, our own boot camp. It's also a good time to optimize a business.
