Thought you all would find the following information useful: I haven't use any of these, except, for the emergency # which I programmed into my cell phone...My little girl was sending a text to her sister one day and told me someone was on the phone, well it turns out she accidently dialed 112 and Emergency services was on the phone!!! OOPS...Don't let kids play with your phone!
EMERGENCY
1)If you find yourself out of your coverage area and you have an Emergency, Dial 112, your mobile device will search any existing networks to establish the emergency number for you, even if your phone is locked this will work.
HIDDEN BATTERY POWER
2)If your cell battery is low, Dial *3370#, this will restart the reserve and increase your battery power by 50%. The reserve will charge next time you charge your phone.
DISABLE PHONE IF STOLEN
3)Dial *#06# to check your Mobiles serial number, keep in a safe place. If your phone is ever stolen call your service provider and give this number. They can block the handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card it will be useless.
FREE DIRECTORY SERVICE
4)Dial (800)FREE411 or (800) 373-3411 without incurring any charge
