Mr. Moore will be presenting “Principles for Leading Across Generations” on Thursday morning at the Decatur Hotel and Conference Center, in Decatur, Illinois In his keynote address, Tim Moore will share a framework that will help attendees understand generational differences and how to find effective leadership strategies that will speak to all generations. He will explore that the only common ground is the intensity with which each generation holds fast to its value systems. Understanding and respecting generational biases are critical to bringing out the best in every employee.
