Did you get your "vanity" user name on Facebook?

"Starting at 12:01 a.m. (EDT) on Saturday, June 13, 2009, you will be able to select a username at http://www.facebook.com/username. For more information, visit the Username help topic."

This new "vanity" user name, lets you use a simple and clean link to reference to your Facebook personal page and is different from your business page. Before it was a longer address like:

http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=666966992&hiq=martin,brossman

Now you can get a simple address for just signing up, like this:

http://www.facebook.com/martinbrossman

and this is different from my business page:

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Martin-Brossman/80101808343

but you have to make the effort to sign-up and someone with the same name may get YOUR name if you don't move fast:

This link should work for you to signup and it will ask you to sign in to your account:

http://www.facebook.com/username/
