A Smart Approach to Heart Health
Happy Heart Day!
I always think about my Dad on Valentine's Day- he always found the perfect valentine for everyone he loved, and he alway wrote a special note or poem inside. But he showed his love everyday, not just on Valentine's Day. I could always count on him for hugs, jokes, and supportive heart to heart talks.
