Founding CEO of Your Simple Bookkeeper, Inc which provides virtual bookkeeping services for micro and small business in the USA. Our focus is not purely on crunching numbers, our clients appreciate the insight and education we provide in helping them understand how their numbers effect the profitability of their business.
We provide bookkeeping solutions to business of all sizes. However our primary focus is on the Micro and Small Business community (under $1mil in annual revenue). We break this group in three groups:
For the under-served Micro business community (under $100,000 up to $250,000), we focus on education and DIY support via webinars, live chats, articles, workbooks, software selection and set-up , Micro business academy and even bookkeeping support ($350 - $650 per year). These are your DIY, solo-preneurs, home-based or "side-hustle" business owners.
Our monthly bookkeeping services begin at $75 - $199 per month for Micro business owner who earns over $150,000 but less than $500,000.
$250 - $2500 per month for Small business ($500k +) who require more direct day to day bookkeeping support.
We are a fun business! We take a light-hearted approach to client engagement while we remain ultra serious about our clients books. We want businesses to feel comfortable talking about financial management and not feel like they have to be a "numbers person" in order to do so.

We're predictable and affordable, we don't bill by the hour so our clients appreciate knowing and planning. We specialize in start-ups or those who've had some issues with their books in the past.
Our professionals are Certified Bookkeepers, Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisors, Tax preparers, Corporate Accountants, and CPAs, they know their stuff, have run a business or two before and understand how your numbers should assist your goals.

- I am an accountant turned entrepreneur who LOVES to learn and share what I learn with others. I'm best when I'm sharing ideas and learning from others and using my creative juices to create new business ventures. In my spare time, I'm a stay at home mom of 2 a and working on my 8 year olds first business venture.

- We have two distinguied groups we serve.
The Micro business market ($100,000-$500,000 in annual revenue) who have very specific business needs, not quite the need for a full service bookkeeper, but require the ongoing expertise of an accountant to help them manage their business. They typically are the DIY type but struggle with the time and the expertise to really understand their numbers. They usually have low overhead and have less than 5 employees (often have no employees) Our service model makes outsourcing bookkeeping affordable and honestly enjoyable! Our services are not by contract and are by project or month to month. They typically start at $75-$195 per month for maintenance (if you need clean-up work that starts around $775 for each year that needs cleaning)

Small Business Market ($500,000+ in annual revenue)
This group has outgrown the DIY stage and needs more weekly or even daily bookkeeping and accounting needs. They have a CPA which assist them at year end or for special projects and audits, however need a expert the other months to handle the day to day. They typically are in retail, Construction, Venture capitalist, larger non-profits, larger consulting firms or any business who has the need for more "in-house" expertise. We provide Outsourced Accounting Department services ranging from accounts payable, receivable, client billing, payroll, inventory management, sales & estimated tax filing, full-charge bookkeeping. Our services are on retainer basis starting at $250 per month.

*Consultants - Who seek to offer an additional revenue stream or service to their clients
