Facility Master Planning, Construction Administration and General Contracting Services of sports facilities for the following clients:
• Queens University:
Sports consultant for the design and construction of a 10M sports complex for the varsity sports program. Complex facilities include 12 tennis courts, two artificial turf fields, running track, X/C trails and a multipurpose field house. Project budget 10M
• The University of NC at Chapel Hill:
Project designer and construction administration for the installation of an 80,000 Sq. ft. artificial turf field. Contract negotiation, scheduling, permitting, and change orders. Project completed March 2006. Project Budget 1.2 M. Chapel Hill, NC
• Appalachian State University: Project designer and construction manager for the installation of a new synthetic football field and resurfacing of the running track. Project completed in August, 2003. Project Budget $850K Boone, NC
• Davidson University:
Project manager for the installation of a new artificial turf field for field hockey and student recreation usage. Over 110,000 sf of playing surface, lights, and irrigation. Project Budget: 1M. Davidson, NC
• University of NC at Chapel Hill: Project manager for the resurfacing of the running track and improvements to the track and field facilities. Project budget $550K. Chapel Hill, NC

• Mt. Olive Sports Park:
Project director for the master planning, design, and construction administration of a town recreation complex that includes 6 soccer fields, 5 baseball fields, basketball courts, jogging trails and other facilities for league and town recreational usage. Project Budget: 13M Mt. Olive, NJ 2000-2003

• 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup
Project director for the Venue Graphics Program with nine host Caribbean countries. Planning and execution of the venue dressing, brand protection, and directional signage programs. 12 competition venues, airports, hotels and city scape program. Development of tournament wide specifications, bidding, contracting, manufacturing, installation & removal. Project budget $3.5M
• Polaris 50th ‘The Way Out’
Minneapolis, MN - July 2004
TSG was retained as the venue director for the 50th celebration of Polaris. Responsibilities included venue overlays, site development, operations planning execution and onsite management during the event. Project budget $4M +
• Women’s World Cup 2003
Three U.S. Venues;
Installation and removal of the decorative look program for the WWC. Venues of responsibility included RFK Stadium, Gillette Stadium, and Lincoln Financial Field. Successfully directed 15+ man crews simultaneously at all 3 venues. Project Budget 175K.
• WUSA (Women’s United Soccer Association)
USA February 2001-August 2002
Project Manager for the decorative look program for all 8 venues and the championship game. Managed look placement, design, production, shipping, installation and removal at eight stadiums simultaneously around the country. Hired and directed installation staff of 60 over 2 months.

Anchorage, AK December 2000-February 2001
Responsible for decorative look placement, design, fabrication, and installation at 8 venues. Coordinated installation teams, materials, and all schedules. Project Budget 120K
• 2000 Winter Goodwill Games
Lake Placid, NY October 1999-February 2000
Games consultant for venue signage and look program. Liaison between GWG and ORDA (Olympic Regional Development Authority). Programming, placement, budgeting, design, manufacturing, installation, removal, and restoration of all signage and look at all 4 competition venues and non-competition venues consisting of 18 sports. Signage program consists of way-finding, look, and corporate branding. Project Budget: 525K.
• FIFA Women’s World Cup ‘99
Los Angeles, CA April-July 1999
Project manager responsible for installation and removal of all look and signage at 3 venues: Jack Kent Cooke Stadium, Giants Stadium, and Soldier field. Project Budget 225K. Successfully directed up to 20 man crews simultaneously at all 3 venues.
• 1999 Special Olympics World Summer Games
Raleigh NC September 1998-August 1999 was serving as a consultant to the games for venue overlays, venue programming, planning and design. Specific Projects: Signage and Look for all venues: Budget 250K. Temps, Ports & Venue Construction for all venues: Budget 1M. Items included tents, trailers, port-o-lets, grandstands, cool zones and others. Consulting for venue contracts, permitting, and other vendor selection for all 30 venues.
• 1998 Goodwill Games
New York, NY May-August 1998
Consultant to the games for project budgeting, design, placement, manufacturing, installation, removal, and restoration of all signage and look at all 8 competition venues, airports, and hotels. The kit of parts included Rotational and virtual signage, corrals, field signage, equipment branding, towers and freestanding structures, fence fabric, banners, flags, street pole banners, and way finding signage. Project Budget 1.5M.
• 1997-1999 Major League Soccer
Miami Fusion F.C. stadium design and renovation construction manager. Project Budget 4.2M Responsible for coordinating contractors including but not limited to: Fencing, field installation and maintenance, 12,000 additional seats, locker rooms, power, press box, signage and look, tents, temporary trailers, and video board installation. Complete stadium renovation in only 96 days.
• NY/NJ MetroStars: Developed a comprehensive and state of the art stadium master plan to present for possible site selection. Completed master plan with full budget, construction schedule, and architectural renderings. Estimated Budget 55-85M
• 1998 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Soccer Championships
Winston Salem, NC October 1998
Site Manager Responsibilities included: Worked as a liaison between Wake Forest University, CC&C Management, and the ACC with regards to venue design, scheduling, permits, and other event logistics. Temporary items of responsibility included: Screen Works video board, 2, 000 temporary seats, 2 VIP Sky boxes, 10 player murals, and a soccer museum,
• The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games
Atlanta, GA July-August 1996
Site Manager Omni Coliseum hosting Olympic Volleyball Competition. Responsible for operations of the venue during competition. Daily inspection of the venue for construction, Omni Engineering and response team issues. Compiling a daily punch list to all functional areas. Assistant Signage Project Manager Project Budget 2M May-August 1996 Designing and implementing over 18,000 signs for all 28 Olympic venues. Maintaining accounts with five sign vendors and shipment of their signage to the venues. Scheduling both installation and removal of way-finding kiosks at all 28 venues.
• North Carolina Amateur Sports
Durham, NC January-April 1994
State Games of NC internship:
Responsibilities included equipment distribution and collection for 23 sports. Development of a venue guide and sport coordinator manual for 51 venues.
• Terraplas Turf Protection System
1996-2001
Marketing, rentals, sales and installation supervision of the Terraplas system. Successfully co-coordinated $690K in gross rentals in first year of
Operation. Company is now in its 13th year of successful operation with Gross revenue for 2009 projecting over 1.5M. Clients included: Metallica, Dave Matthews, Bud Fest, KISS, Memphis in May, The Rolling Stones Steel Wheels Tour, U2 Pop Mart Tour, The Three Tenors, Promise Keepers, MTV, Special Olympics World Games ceremonies, Birmingham Battle of the Bands, Goodwill Games, Disney Wide World of Sports, George Strait tour, Billy Graham Crusade, INSYNC, and others.
