56, married with two teenage daughters. Lived in Raleigh since 1992. Earned my broker's license in 1981. Joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston in 2007 and the Jim Allen team in 2009.

Someone who is honest, communicates their needs, wants and wishes effectively and who understands that buying and selling real estate can be a difficult, time consuming process. Things will crop up that need to be dealt with. My job is to deal with them so my clients don't have to. I help my clients make Good Decisions but they have to be willing to work with me to accomplish their goals.
