Hi Theresa, that just happen to be one of my sister's name too. But to get to your question, back in 2006 I began to explore the idea of being an entrepreneur and was seeking an industry that I could utilize some of my HR skills and in doing my research the personal concierge industry caught my attention. Given my own experience in HR and some of its inflexibility to get things done doing vital day time hours, I was intrigued and did my due diligence and officially launched in January 2007. It's been slow in building up and trying to get the word out but that has begun to turn around especially this year. As far as my niche market, I have more than one but essentially my focus is on property management (condos) clients, corporate america (small to midsize businesses) that are seeking to add to their work/life balance programs, and a smaller market is busy entrpreneurs, who I know really need my services.
