42% PRODUCTIVITY GAIN
Hi Ho,
Wanted to give you an update on my progress with using your AWESOME project management tool! I have been working with it for 21 days now and have seen an increase in my productivity by about 42%! This is AWESOME! I have so many different projects working at the same time and having to manage them used to make me pull my hair out of my head, but now that I'm getting into the habit of charting my priorities and referencing back to them, it has made my life so much easier! Not to mention looking at things in terms of "workload" versus time. It has made a world of a difference! Thank you so much for taking the time to set me up and instruct me on the most effective way of using it.
I have made one slight change for myself. I am now only using the dashboard for my weekly inputs. I use the other sheet to map out NEW projects so that I can get a feel of how I should plan my month before putting onto the dashboard. This has been working for me the last week because it has cut back on me having to input info twice on things that I am accustomed to doing. It is a HUGE help when I have to plan for new projects however, it gives me time to plan out realistic timelines for completion!
