About my Business:
I created Virtual Van Vactor to relieve business owners of everyday administrative functions that can be taken care of virtually. In addition I offer other specialty services to include:
--Training in a variety of areas such as leadership development, effective supervision, coaching, effective presentations, effective meetings, time management, Microsoft Office software and more.
--Process improvement to include process mapping and continuous quality improvement.
--Assistance with HR functions to include recruiting, maintenance of employee files, creation of workplace policies and conflict resolution
About Me:
I am retired from the USAF, married with two children and three grandchildren. As I'm new to the Raleigh area (Jan 2012), my husband and I are enjoying exploring new sights, new restaurants and ready to connect with fellow North Carolinians. We love to read, enjoy a glass of wine/beer and look forward to meeting new people and making new friends.
