- Sharon is involved in many aspects of PC support. She spent almost 5 years on a national helpdesk supporting our US Postal Service employees. She has been involved with the Community College system, teaching many different classes. Sharon has held the certification as "Authorized Instructor" for Microsoft Office applications since 1997.
