- Health Fitness Designs, Inc. operates an intimate, non-intimidating fitness facillity, Active Bodez, in Morrisville. Personal training is included in membership and we have state of the art air resistance equipment. We also provide fitness and health promotion services for businesses including fitness center staffing/management, health screenings and seminars.
- About Me:
- I grew up in Ohio, went to the University of Dayton for a B.S. in Exercise Science and then the University of Georgia for my MEd. in Adult Fitness/Cardiac Rehab. My wife and I started our business, Health Fitness Designs, Inc. in 1993 in Columbus, OH and relocated to this area in 1999. We enjoy many outdoor activities and vacation in the mountains or at the beach as much as possible.
