Hi Lauren, what type of meeting did you have in mind? I would like to get to know those in our group on a more personal level. I would be available for a meeting in January.

At times I do work with the children of senior homeowners as they consider a reverse mortgage to help with healthcare cost. When I find that they are at the beginning of this process I will ask if they are currently working with someone. If they ind…

About my Business:
My business is all about "Helping Seniors Move Forward in Reverse”. I am a Reverse Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I am able to help senior homeowners begin using the equity in their home to change their lives. In some cases it is to help with the increasing cost of living and in others a reverse mortgage is used to create more "gold" for the "Golden Years".
About Me:
I am a North Carolina native having spent the last 40 years in Wake County. I love to make the lives of those around me better either with a kind word or act. I have been married for 25 years to my best friend and look forward to 100 more. I enjoy movies at the Galaxy Theatre with my wife, playing golf whenever possible and time in the Caribbean.
My Ideal Customer is:
A homeowner that is 62 years of age or older who owns their home and would like to increase their monthly income as well as secure their home as their primary residence for life.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
Any who advise seniors as they make important financial decisions such as Certified Financial Advisors and Certified Public Accountants. Others that are involved in the decision making process would be children and even their religious advisors.

He's doing well. He enjoys where he is but looking forward to vacation already :) I'll tell him you said hi... You know he's on Inside 919... look him up. I'm sure he'd love to hear from you.
Great, there is also Chader - meets in Chapel Hill every third Thursday of every other month. Sorry if you meant a "senior group" here on inSide 919, I thought you meant in the real world vs. virtual world. I hope to see you at Hart.
Ron, noticed your question on whether a 'Senior Group' had been started - to my knowledge no one has started one on inSide919 yet. You are feel to start one - keep in mind that you should not start one unless you can committ to running it and helping others - but the door is open and there are many here who could benefit.
