Arrichion Hot Yoga is practiced in a heating room of 102 degrees. We offer a variety of classes that work on core strength, strength,flexibility,balance, control of breath, weight loss and focus.

I love teaching and practicing yoga, wakeboarding, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family and coffee!

I really was glad to see you today. I have missed you. We felt so good after we left hot yoga. You are right in that even if someone can't do the whole routine, just perspiring like we do is so beneficial for your body. Look forward to next week
