Hey Phyllis, Wanted to take a minute and personally share the Local Coffee Break networking opportunity we're trying to foster to connect members and to let you know I'll be posting info on the 2009 Christmas party soon - please keep a look out.
I'd love to find 30 minutes of your time that works for you to do this interview. Can you commit to a time on Thursday? I know this video will be much more meaningful with your words and background info added to it. My deadline is this coming Monday, so I need to get your interview this week if it is going to happen.
I just want to remind you that I think this video will be a great way for you to advertise for the event next year.
If we can't make this interview happen - I'd still greatly appreciate the performance schedule with names so I can identify the performers in the video. They certainly did a great job, and deserve to be acknowledged!
Thanks so much for any info you can contribute.

Hey Phyllis, Completely understand. Never a perfect day to do these. I do hope you can make this or a future Social.
Hi Phyllis, I'd like to interview you for a video on Juneteenth. I know you are the organizer of the Unity March and Juneteenth celebration in Durham, and would have some valuable information to add about the history of Juneteenth and why you find it important to celebrate. The video will be posted online, so once it is done you are welcome to link to it from your personal or magazine website. Please let me know if you would be willing to do so this week. I am happy to come to you to make it more convenient. Thanks so much, Lisa Marie Albert
