I have pursued my creative interests in various ways since I was a child. Our family sang together for fun. I grew up on harmony. My sister and I drew fashions on paper as little girls. At 15, I taught myself guitar and how to do cloisonne in art class. After winning a Scholastic award on my first cloisonne, I started creating cloisonne dishes on copper at home, sold them, and reinvested my profit in new materials.
