About my Business:
Life Enrichment Resources (LER) is a cutting edge personal growth and development company whose mission is to teach individuals/singles and couples (married or unmarried) how to create thriving relationships with their "Self", others, money/finances, life, and/or recovery from addiction by empowering you to honor yourself and actualize your life potential.
LER’s approach to understanding personal growth and development is based on a continuum perspective. LER believes that at one end of the continuum is what society traditionally views as mentally well/optimal living (“thriving in life”), and on the other extreme end, is what society sees as severely mentally ill (“surviving in life”). LER believes we all operate and function somewhere on the continuum, and have most likely at times, functioned up and down the continuum depending on our mental/emotional, social, physical, financial and/or spiritual circumstances.
Based on LER’s "Life Continuum Perspective", I recognize that not everyone needs, wants or desires the same level of support in order to create a thriving life. My goal is to meet you where you are on the "Life Continuum Perspective", and provide resources customized to meet your specific needs so that you can best honor yourself and actualize your life potential.
I do this by offering a variety of services including, coaching, psychotherapy, teleclasses, web/seminars, workshops, retreats and public speaking in the areas of life, relationships (singles and couples-married, unmarried or cohabitating), money (financial wellness, compulsive spending, under earning) and recovery/addiction (alcohol/drugs, over spending, co-dependency, Adult Children of Alcoholics, etc). By providing a range of services, I find that clients can choose what works best for them based on their financial, emotional/mental, physical, social and/ or spiritual readiness, and expand as needed.
About Me:
I am a therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW) and Relationship Coach with over 10 years of international and national experience. I specialize in assisting individuals, couples and groups with actualizing their life potential in the following areas: relationships; life; money/finances; and recovery/addiction(s). Whether you feel as if you are "surviving" life, or "thriving" in life, I have a proven track record of helping you find even deeper joy, fulfillment and purpose. I have clinical and coach training which affords me the opportunity to work with clients in a unique style of blending the two together, that coaching and or therapy alone cannot. I believe we all have strengths and weaknesses, and I focus on our strengths.
I am passionate about living a life of emotional and mental wellness, and deeply value integrity and truth. This shines through in each of my relationships with my clients. I am genuine and practical in my approach, and have a keen ability to make you feel accepted and understood.
In honoring my own optimal living, you find me enjoying art galleries, sporting events, time with family and friends, and traveling. I also try to practice self care by making sure I have some time for solitude.
My Ideal Customer is:
In my experience, the clients who benefit the most from LER’s services are those individuals and couples (married or unmarried) who:
1) are committed to their own personal growth;
2) enjoy the development and satisfaction that comes from gaining insight about themselves and others;
3) view themselves as an integral team member in their growth process;
4) desire "moving forward" in their life;
5) value living a life with purpose, joy, and fulfillment; and
6) strive to create high quality, dynamic relationships with their self, others, life, money/finaces, and/or recovery from addiciton(s).
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
I value and embrace working with financial advisors, coaches, therapist, doctors(s), organizations, business owners, and groups who:
Support Business to Business (B2B)
1. desires mutual collaboration – meaning each party believes that when collaboration rises above competition, business and abundance increases.
2. enjoys working and supporting likeminded business owners.
3. honor your "self", and actualize your life potential.
Support Business to Customer (B2C):
1. believe in and respect the life changing benefits that coaching, psychotherapy, teleclasses, webinars, seminars, workshops, and retreats provide for individuals and couples (married or unmarried) that are committed to their personal growth and development process.
2. recognize and refer individuals and couples in taking action towards changing unhealthy and dysfunctional relationships with “self”, others, life, money, and/or addiction.
3. appreciate that by working with a qualified, trained professional, one can truly move from “surviving to thriving” in relationships with self, others, life, money and/or recovery.

Your words are very kind Paige! I love what you do! Have you ever considered attending the Apex Coffee & Contacts? I am a member and I would love to have you as my guest! Wednesdays, networking starts at 8:30, meeting 9-10.
I had an excellent experience yesterday. You were all as helpful to me as I was to you . I'll explain later, but yesterday's "seminar" coincided with another thing I needed and have now done, in order to "let go" of one of the things (people) that has been holding me back from creating abundance in my life. I'd call it a "coincidence", but we both know better than that:)
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you , and I will likely be in touch soon.

Hi Paige, sorry it took so long for me to reply to your comment. I was taking a maternity leave from my business while I had my first baby at the end of April. I'm actually not doing shows right now, focusing mostly with my online business, which has also had some re-focusing since the baby arrived! I sell on etsy: http://amyzo.etsy.com and if you/anyone ever want to purchase anything we can figure out a way to meet up to save shipping costs. :-)

Great seeing you today, Paige. I'm envious of your trip to Paris...and congrats on your engagement! David and I really enjoyed the conversation and are excited to see where this leads. There's definitely a congruence between our messages. Hope to see you at our next Wine Tasting June 18th in Apex.
