- My business is focused on creating wellness. As an integrative coach, I facilitate others through a 16 week process based on the work of Debbie Ford. Complemented by my knowledge of NLP with techniques for personal transformation.

- I work in operations and process management as a manager and at the same time love all things related to wellness. I am a Certified Integrative Coach through the Ford Institute at JFK University, and a Neuro-linguistic Health Practitioner and Coach who enjoys researching and experimenting with new healthy modalities. What do these all have in common? They allow me to make a difference in the lives of others.
In addition to coaching and NLP, I really like healthy products including glyconutrients, Xocai chocolate, and the Enagic water system, among others.
