My wife Maria and being a father to my two children; Gabriella 8 and Nicky 7, God, weight training, playing ice hockey (every Tuesday night), coaching my kids in any sport, movies, traveling, meeting new people and running my practice. I enjoy driving old cars (my favorite was a ’66 Corvette). I love parachuting, but was injured on a jump at Fort Bragg (disabled vet) in 1994.

Teaching our kids how to be financially responsible...it starts now!
Gabby goes to the family computer every Friday to check her stocks. She does the math and makes decisions to keep it, buy more or sell. Is she up, even or down for the week, month and YTD? She shares it with her daddy...why? Because she is 9 years! I am her daddy and I have taught Gabby how to be responsible for her college side funds. I am a firm believer that we need to teach our children how to be responsible with their money and how to be successful when they grow up.

Desperate for a job? REMOVE the fear and start your own business
Fact: As of 6/22, more than half, or 51%, of the companies on the Fortune 500 list this year began during a recession or bear market or both, according to a recent study by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Did you know?: Millions of People were Hired in January!
The exact number of those hired in the US in January was 4.4 million! Why did we not hear about this in the news? I love positive news, but the news centers on television are only selling doom and gloom. Well, I want to spread the news that people are being hired amongst all of the 'bad news' we are being fed. Home Based Businesses: Are ANY of them NOT a scam
I have read over and over again that home based businesses have grown 300% since Thanksgiving 2008. Mmmm, about the same time big business started laying people off. Sadly, many of the scam artist know this as well. As a financial advisor/planner, it breaks my heart to see families laid off, but makes me mad to see those same families taken for thousands of dollars through a scam.
