About my Business:
When you are buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it's important to have confidence in your real estate professional. Our commitment as your local REALTOR is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve.
There is no substitute for experience...simply no substitute!
When an agent is a trusted advisor to over 650 families and faithful in the little things, you can probably depend on them for the big ones too. It should be important to you who calls back quickly, and who shows up on time. Think about it.
When you are an informed buyer or seller, you'll make the best decisions for the most important purchase or sale in your lifetime. That's why our goal is to keep you informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in your local area. With property values continuing to rise, real estate is a sound investment for now and for the future.
As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, our objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.
You'll get the experience of a CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (CRS), CERTIFIED LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST (CLHMS) & ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTIVE (ABR)
Fewer than 5% of all Real Estate Licensees have earned the industry's most advanced "degree." CRS is like the PHD of Real Estate. The CRS degree assures experience and knowledge. Remember, it's "buyer beware" in real estate so get representation for YOUR BEST INTEREST. The ABR degree comes from extensive buyer training. Mike's MBA in Purchasing has prepared Mike to Negotiate hundreds of home purchases. It doesn't cost you more to use an ABR, but it may save you lots! Our law allows for you, the home buyer to have an agent. Don't just call any agent to show you their listing. Interview and hire the best professional agent to work for you.

My Ideal Customer is:
A past client or a referral from a past client who wants to buy or sell a single family home in Wake County within the next 30-90 days.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
Good Question: There is a lot of job creation with each real estate transaction and my goal is to refer the best qualified person to take care of my clients. Lately, some of the contractors I keep busy during the lean times of this recession have been telling their friends about my team. We take care of our contractors/friends/best qualified service providers and they tend to reciprocate.
Hey Mike, Wanted to take a minute and personally share the Local Coffee Break networking opportunity we're trying to foster to connect members and to let you know I'll be posting info on the 2009 Christmas party soon - please keep a look out.
Mike, Glad to hear that you enjoy my articles and that you & Sue are still benefiting from the organizing sessions we had. Sorry to hear about the current abyss, but hopefully it is only temporary.
Hey Mike! Yes, some of the best Social Media teachers are on this site! HeatherO, Martin Brossman, Deidre Hughey, Chris Morrissette. I have learned a great deal from each of them! Check out their profiles and watch for their events. Good stuff! Also, you may want to check out the REBAR Camp on Nov 6th! Look in the Real Estate Group, I believe Amy Shair posted about it!
