About my Business:: Schleter Painting & Drywall LTD

Painters with over 20 years of experience in the refinishing of interior and exterior of homes, buildings, and multi-unit housing, and with experience in the quality repair of cracks and, holes of any size, we also specialize in water damaged surfaces as well.

We offer a complete menu of interior drywall services that include hanging, taping, & sanding.

We also offer cleaning & window washing services for rental home turnovers when combined with repainting.

As an S-corporation headquartered locally in Apex, NC, we are fully insured and bonded.

About Me:: My family and I moved here in December 2009 and we really enjoy the weather and the diversity. My fiancé Terri found employment in Durham as the Development Director of the National MPS Society. Originally from Minnesota, I bring my experience in the paint and drywall industry to the Triangle region and North Carolina.

Fishing, cribbage, southern food of all kinds and sports of any variety help me relax when I'm not working.

Where do you look first when you enter a home or business?

I can't help myself. After years of spotting flaws and repairing them, I look at the ceilings first. I catch myself making mental notes of what needs to be done to perfect them. I am not referring to one of my estimates for work, I do this at family and friends homes, and public places such as restaurants and dentist offices. Can't I leave my job at work?
