About my Business:: Since 1989 I have been helping people with the financing of their homes, second homes and investment properties. My commitment as a Mortgage Planner is to match the borrower with the program that meets their needs and goals both now and in the future.

About Me:: I am one of those obnoxious grandmothers! Ask me about my "grands" and my face glows. They connect me with my inner child and I see the world through their delightful eyes. I also enjoy any activity in or near water - be it lake, pool or ocean. Water, sunshine and a good book along with my dog, Jake, is a bit of heaven!

My Ideal Referral is:: People who have just graduated from college and starting their new careers and who want to invest in a home. I like to "grow" with this ideal customer and see them progress through life - kids, jobs and all. Also - people who are want to move into larger homes or the empty nesters that want to establish a different lifestyle with less space.

My Ideal Referral Partner is:: People who are interested in quality work and commitment to clients/customers. Particularly -
Realtors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Advisors, College Counselors, HR personnel, groups wanting to prepare first time home buyers with sound advice before looking for a home.

The free Member option is simply not going to work out - with it I have no way to determine who is interested in being an active member and who is simply not checking their email or these comments.

Not requiring some sort of decision leaves us with the same problem I'm trying to resolve. I am sorry for the confusion I've caused.
