7 Key Criteria to Identify a Market

Target markets are groups of individuals separated by distinguishable and noticeable aspects. They can be separated into geographic, demographic, socioeconomic, psychographic, behavioral and/or product-related.The first business I started (and still grow) was in the health and wellness industry. Our brand partner has over 200 products between four different lines: supplementation, weight management, green cleaning and skin care. After my first 10-20 one on one’s with people I finally realized…See More

6 Key Areas to "Work" and Engage in Your Business

The basics of how to effectively and efficiently run a business are the same, they haven’t really changed over the years. What has changed is our economy, the environment, more competition and more marketing coming at us from all directions just to name a few.Sometimes business owners, especially solopreneurs, tend to get bogged down with the daily, mundane administrative tasks that need to be done, but don’t actually bring in the money. Part of sustaining a business is continuous improvement:…See More

Profile Information

About my Business:
I am a Speaker and Certified Coach and help solopreneurs and solomanagers reach their goals faster and easier. Specifically, those solos who want their results and bank account to reflect the amount of energy going into their business. I do this through coaching, speaking, holding workshops, teleseminars and more. I teach an easy to implement 12 step method that will get anyone into MORE income producing ACTION. And that's just one of my forms of ammunition that I offer my clients!

Nearly 90% of what we THINK about will never get done! Following a proven system to set goals and develop a plan of action is imperative to business success.
About Me:
I'm a Chatham County native and take great pride in growing up as a North Carolinian.

My career began as a high school business education teacher in 2005 after graduating from UNC-Wilmington with a BS in Business Management. I quickly earned my Master of Arts in Teaching in 2006 from East Carolina University.

As a teacher I served as the tennis coach, athletic trainer, advisor for various student organizations, member of too many committees and acted as the Graduation Project Coordinator - a full time job in and of itself! I have also taught for NCVPS for 4 years and continue to teach part time at NCVPS.

After having a daughter in 2010, I decided to put teaching in the classroom on hold - in fact I won't return. I became a stay at home Mom and decided to start a couple of businesses. My first business was in the MLM industry and my husband and I still have a growing team. I was led down the path of coaching after becoming a Certified Professional Coach in 2011. I built my entire business through speaking and giving talks to organizations, associations, businesses and groups. My coaching practice is made up of one-on-one clients, workshops, teleseminars and group coaching!

I now reside in Chapel Hill (still Chatham County) with my husband, Shawn, and our daughter, Brighton. We have two dogs and six free range chickens who supply us with about 4 eggs a day!
My Ideal Referral is:
A solopreneur or solomanager who is looking to Power Up Their Profits through defining a more clear and focused purpose, developing a more actionable plan and becoming more positive.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
I am looking for other business professionals who have ideas for future speaking engagements - chambers, organizations, networking groups, real estate companies, law firms, insurance agencies, financial service companies, etc.

My speaker topic is Power Up Your Profits and I cover the 3P's to Success: Purpose, Plan, Positivity

The path to the Olympics is quite possibly one of the most grueling experiences any human being can ever imagine. Last night as my husband and I were witnessing the greatness of the USA Women’s Gymnastics Team take the arena by storm I looked over at him and said “What makes a 7 year old girl decide that she’s going to become an Olympic gymnast and pulverize her body in the process?”

I doubt if any of those young women woke up one day shouting to the rooftops that they wanted…

London 2012 is here!!!! I am about to jump out of my skin I’m so excited, I even have the schedule of events taped to my refrigerator so I can check out my favorite athletes and sports when they are aired on television. There is just something about witnessing the most elite athletes in the world compete against one another, shedding blood, sweat and tears as they lay it all out on the line for the world to see. How will they measure up to one another physically and mentally? Who will walk…

Hey Megan, just added the newest member of my Insider Content Distribution site family. InZineArticles.com.

This is unlike ComeOnInside.com where I'm focused on the "Geography" - this one is focused on a high level Topic "Category". I've started to seed it and you'll find some of your past content already there with all the new stuff you post being syndicated.

PLEASE take the time to go through the Article Marketing Training so you get the MAXIMUM benefit.

Next is Video Distribution...

To access simply go to the Training and Click on the "Join" button to the upper right.
