About my Business:

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, REALTOR, NAR GREEN designee, EPRO and have also earned the internationally recognized Ecobroker certification for advising clients on green home choices. I am an owner manager of 4 businesses: 1. Southern Wake Realty dba Southern World Relocations 2. ShopToEarn.net/Triangle 3. Cedarbrook Construction, Remodelers, Lic GC#55155, and 4. Russell Management, portfolio accounting.

Southern Wake Realty dba Southern World Relocations has made a name relocating out-of-towners to the Triangle region of NC encompassing Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary, Willow Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Wake Forest and Clayton.

I am also an ecommerce broker with www.shoptoearth.net/triangle, an affiliate of Southern World Relocations, which is a client rebate online shopping portal dedicated to providing green alternatives and discounts to the shopping experience. I offer this benefit to my past clients and future prospects. As sole owner of these ventures, I provide mentoring, training, supervisory and legal support to the brokers in my companies and instruction in getting great discounts for my clients. I seek other like-minded individuals to help promote and instruct in maximizing the benefits of the shopping affiliate.

Although I am a broker-owner-manager, I will personally represent individuals who are referrals from my past customers or my groups, networks and associations, and help them find their dream home, usually in the luxury and green markets, providing continuing support for their homes in the areas of staging, decorating, remodeling and ongoing maintenance. I have been actively managing a real estate company, and personally practicing real estate sales, for over 7 years. I have had up to 8 agents and five clerical administrative assistants at a time.

I welcome buyer referrals as well as referrals of other interested agents who would consider the very open structure of my high-commissions-no-desk-fees firm.

About Me:

I have always held managerial positions over small groups of staff even before I chose to start my own companies. I have a degree in accounting but have regularly taken minicourses and seminars in several fields to advance my communication, design, computer, graphics, web and people skills. My company does not employ outside designers or marketing specialists. I have done all of my own work and designs in those areas.

I am also co-owner, Treasurer, and design consultant for Cedarbrook Remodeling LLC engaged in large home additions and renovations. All specialty carpentry and trim work done by owner, President and NC Licensed GC Phil Quinn. As designer and oft-times estimator for Phil, I will assist with client designs and client proposals. I submit my drawings to kitchen vendors and carpenters and firm up pricing with Phil by checking materials and subs prices.

For ALL of my businesses, I also handle the books, preparing financial statements and finalizing records for the tax returns.

My hobbies are all about my work - mentoring, evaluating real estate, designing, investigating and learning other real estate markets even when I travel.
