Time is running out!
You all may be sick of hearing about the $8,000 tax credit by now...however for those first time homebuyers it can mean a lot of savings! Time running out...the clock is ticking...the sale must close by the end of Nov to qualify..and that means a contract on a home purchase needs to be in place by.. I say the middle of October!! It takes time to close a loan and believe me..things can happen to make the close be delayed!
