About my Business:: I am a full time professional Realtor in Raleigh, NC, helping my clients make great home choices. It is my goal to personalize the selection of a home to not only fit the needs of my clients but also fits their lifestyle. The process of buying or selling can be a positive experience. Innovative, out of the box thinking helps my clients find a home from the broad range of choices in the Raleigh area, from condos downtown to land, or to sell more quickly and at a better price in this competitive environment. I enjoy working with people who have environmental concerns and have specialized training in home valuation. I reach the entire Triangle from my office Inside the Beltline in Raleigh, but I love to work in my "neighborhood" which is full of character and charm. I do a free "market analysis" for anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

About Me:: As a Realtor, I network extensively in the real estate community as President of the Women's Council of Realtors (an organization dedicated to advancing the professional development of women in business) and as part of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Leadership Council. In my "free" time I like to keep active in the community and enjoy my pets and yoga for relaxation.

$8000 Tax Credit

If you know any potential first time home buyers, be sure to let them know that the new stimulus package offers up to $8000 TAX CREDIT for home purchases. The great news is that it can be deducted from either the 2008 or 2009 tax returns - so your money comes back to you ASAP if you deduct from this year's taxes. If you have any questions on the tax credit program, feel free to get in touch with me.

I think many of us are happy to greet the New Year with a sense of optimism and positive change. Forecasts for 2009 predict a more balanced year as we put some of the upheaval of 2008 behind us. Personally, I believe that each and every one of us can do as my friend Eileen Batson said and “choose not to participate a recession.” Of course this does not mean that rational choices are not necessary…but they can be driven by sense of personal abundance and also the opportunities available in times… Continue
