About my Business:

AirStar is a full service heating and air conditioning company serving residential and light commercial systems. We can currently help customers get a $1500 federal tax credit for purchasing a qualifying system. Along with preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements, we focus on indoor air quality issues. Many homeowners do not realize that the air in their home is likely 2-5 times more polluted than any other air they breathe. We strive to educate our customers on how they can keep their home healthy and as "green" as possible. We offer a full line of Indoor Air Quality services such as dehumidification to prevent mold and keep cooling costs low, air filtration and fresh air ventilation to reduce allergies and keep fresh, clean air flowing. We also like to educate customers on system efficiency, refrigerant types, the importance of crawlspace optimization and the best way to keep your upstairs much cooler in the summer - radiant barrier! About Me:

My husband and I own a heating and air conditioning company called AirStar. We have two daughters and have lived in Holly Springs for 11 years. I graduated from NCSU with a degree in Microbiology and worked for several years doing research at the Lineberger Cancer Center at UNC. When my oldest daughter was born my husband and I decided to start our own business so I could work from home and keep our daughter from being in daycare. I can't believe that was 10 years ago!! We have a rat terrier that is the fifth member of our family and we like to take him and the kids camping and hiking whenever we can. I also love to read, dance, see movies, visit Topsail Beach, and a nice glass of wine!!

I really take the time to get to know exactly what makes a referral partner's service unique to them. I think its ideal if referral partners understand and care about each other's business. That way when a referral opportunity comes up you can give specific information and not just a name and number. This way the prospective customer already feels that they know a bit about you and may be more inclined to do business with you.
