My Heart Speaks...consists of non-fiction & inspirational accounts of my life designed to provide support for others who may be "suffering" and are looking for someone who understands him/her and so that he/she will not feel as if they are alone in the struggle.

The fluctuating weather is a very cruel joke on those of us who do not have a thyroid! I have thermals on today when a few days ago I wore a cutesy cami with a light sweater. Oh yeah, I didn't want to have to turn the heat back on either, but...
