Client Feedback...

“Ken was an invaluable broker during the buying process. He planned the process well and had great follow through. His economic analysis was a key asset to me during the negotiation process. Throughout the process, he was both a good buddy and a trusted ally, helping me to consider potential benefits and problems and executing the bidding process to close the deal.” -- Patti Mohr

"My fiancé and I are recent clients of Ken Smith with Goldens Realty. We just closed on our new home with the help of Ken and were immensely satisfied with the service he provided us. To say that Ken treated us professionally would be a gross understatement. Other realtors provide "professional" service. The service Ken provided us was nothing less than personal.
We were first time homebuyers entering into a contract on a foreclosed home. Needless to say there was a steep learning curve for us which caused headaches for Ken. Despite this setback, he provided insight and guidance about the best way to move forward. He compensated for our lack of experience in home buying by letting us tap his knowledge and experience. According to Ken, this is all part of a day's work. Where other realtors would have been happy to simply get us into a home and collect their commission, this was not enough for Ken. He wanted to make sure every question and every uncertainty we had was accounted for and that we were getting into the right home.
I feel Ken’s dedication to his clients is best represented by our first home contract falling through. We needed to terminate the contract due to problems revealed in the inspection process. Ken gladly supported this decision and continued to work with us with the same enthusiasm we would come to learn is standard with Ken. The fact that he had lost time working on a contract that did not come to fruition did not faze him. He works with his clients through the long haul.
We cannot express enough how happy we are to have worked with Ken throughout this process. Whenever we, or someone we know, wish to make a home purchase we will be calling on Ken again." -- Allison Stark

Profile Information

About my Business:
I provide personalized residential real estate service to Wake County Buyers and Sellers.

I am in the business as a full-time expert, not part-time like many Realtors today.

I enjoy being a full service Realtor and at the same time an entrepreneur. This allows me to provide my clients with dedicated and focused counsel, and not get caught up in all of the politics of a larger company.

I'm in real estate because I love it, not because I'm performing to a metric.
Unlike the "big firms", my professional recommendations are in the best interests of my clients.

I work with and recommend specific contractors such as plumbers, electricians, general contractors and painters plus mortgage, title and insurance companies because they are the best at what they do; not because they are under the "big firm" umbrella.
About Me:
I'm a 14 year resident of Wake County. I lived in Cary for 12 years, and now live in Fuquay Varina.

I love snow skiing, being outside and watching good movies.

I love golden retrievers. I have two of them. They are friendly, loyal and intelligent. I donate a percentage of my earnings to the Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue organization.
My Ideal Referral is:
Buyers wanting to purchase the best home for the least amount of money
- Properties and homes over $150,000
Sellers wanting to market and sell their homes for the most amount money
- Properties and homes under $700,000
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
- General contractors
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Painters
- Handy men
- Mortgage brokers
- Home Inspectors
- Insurance Agents

A "Preferred" vendor advertisement is waiting on one of my six websites for those vendors wanting to partner up with Goldens Realty

Hey Ken, just added the newest member of my Insider Content Distribution site family. InZineArticles.com.

This is unlike ComeOnInside.com where I'm focused on the "Geography" - this one is focused on a high level Topic "Category". I've started to seed it and you'll find some of your past content already there with all the new stuff you post being syndicated.

PLEASE take the time to go through the Article Marketing Training so you get the MAXIMUM benefit.

Next is Video Distribution...

Hi Ken,
How about a coffee sometime next week? I'm usually in the north Raleigh area around Sisters' Catering on Millbrook. What works for you? BTW did you know that the Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue was the very first nonprofit I signed up with The hCard Program? A lot has changed since that time so would love to re-visit the fundraising opportunity with you.
Have a great day!
