About my Business:
I work from home, but I no longer practice accounting. I have combined my passion for helping people and the environment. I educate people on an alternative way to shop for products that are healthier for them, the environment and their budget. It gives people an alternative to Walmart and keeps money in our local economy. I have replaced my accounting income and I still have time to play on the farm. Instead of spending all my time making a living, I have time to have a life.
About Me:
In 2003 my husband, Gil, and I relocated to North Carolina from Long Island. On LI I was a partner in a busy CPA firm where I had staff, overhead, receivables and stress! My daughter, being much smarter than I, went to school at NC State and never came back to Long Island. When she was about to have her second child, I realized that life is where the grandchildren are and told my husband we were moving to NC. It was a great move for both of us. We sold our house in suburbia. Now we live on 11 acres in New Hill with horses, ponies, llamas, chickens, dogs and cats and I am trying my hand at organic gardening. I am living the life I’ve always dreamed of.

My Ideal Customer is:
I am looking for people who want to replace or supplement their corporate income and still have the quality of life that we value so much here in North Carolina. While the government is bailing out Wall Street, this is a way to help the people and the environment within our local community.
