Some of us like to pick up a hammer every now and then. I have done it myself. I finished off my own 900 sq. ft. finished basement years ago. Well, I did the framing myself and the tile work, but left the electric, plumbing, HVAC, drywall etc to subcontractors. I plan on finishing the 3rd floor attic in the home I live in now. The computer place is in between Ace Hardware & "em R wings" across from the Middle school field.
(by the way, I've gotten great laptop deals on craigslist and at tiger direct. there's a new place on hwy55 that seems to have good ones too - cheap!)
We offer some great classes too. We're doing a "Blog Builder Workshop" tomorrow. I'd love to have you come visit (or come & do work!) Friday's are free!
My primary interest right now is helping other owners and businesses lessees use their property more efficiently. If we offer available space to freelancers and other small companies in the form of micro-leases we can get our bills paid and create valuable energy.
