- About Me:
- I AM INDEED IMPORTED FROM DETROIT! With over two decades in internal communications as a copy writer and newsletter editor for Ford Motor Company and almost 10 years with Hendrick Automotive Group, I bring to the table the ability to serve micro and small business and make them better.
I have taught writing classes at both the University of Michigan and the University of Phoenix. I love to write and edit for clients and with almost 50 IMU Social Media clients since July 2011; we keep things simple and we do it right.
I also write daily business blog posts for the Dale Carnegie Training Team in 14 states and the Netherlands.

My education, an A.S. in Applied Science from Schoolcraft College, a B.A. in (Industrial) Psychology from the University of Michigan, and an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University, gives me unique credentials.
It won't take long to find out I am very proud and supportive of my hometown Detroit, Michigan. I AM the biggest Detroit Tiger fan on THE planet win or lose and lately it has been mostly win!
And I have been a very proud member of the Kiwanis Club of Apex and I have served on the Board of Directors. I would love you to join.
I am the Apex Blood Drive Coordinator four times a year; it is my favorite job!
Finally, I serve as the Apex Chamber of Commerce Ambassador- at-Large. I also serve on the Governmental Affairs Committee where I am an outspoken proponent of small and micro businesses. I enjoy facilitating numerous Inside919 events. We have great people here in the Triangle!
