We are a start-up small business that trains and recruits in the retail sales opportunity. Offering classes, workshops, and sessions that involve basic and advanced selling topics, we are also a third party recruiter. Additionally we offer career services including practice job interviews, resume assessment, and placement avenues.
About Me:
With over two decades in the public relations in the manufacturing and retail environment, I bring to the table the ability to create, enable and sustain sales positons and opportunities for those wanting a retail career.

My education, an A.S. in Applied Science, a B.A. in (Industrial) Psychology, and an M.A. in Organizational Communication gives me unique credentials. My career spans Ford Motor Company as an internal communicator and the Hendrick Automotive Group as a sales professional, a training manager, a director of training and recruiting.

Since September 2008, I am the owner of VTR Consulting LLC (http://www.vtrconsulting.com) a small business training and recruiting operative focused on job creation and career stability. A native of Detroit, I moved to Apex in 1999.
