About my Business:: Adult Care Solutions, LLC provides care coordination and patient advocacy for adults of any age that may be experiencing a health crisis, transitioning from the hospital to home or a nursing/rehab facility, managing a chronic illness or wanting to plan for their care as they age. ACS provides patient-centered care that ensures dignity and choice. We work with individuals and families to maintain their independence and stay in the homes safely.

About Me:: The most rewarding times in my life are when I am connecting people with each other to their mutual benefit. I love bringing people together for a meal or joining folks out for some music. I also enjoy alone time to be creative; I have a BA in studio art and like to do any kind of crafty activity. Music is very important to me. I frequent all types of music performances and am a regular attendee of the FloydFest (world music) in Floyd, VA every year. Dancing, cooking, walking, movies are also on my list of favorite activities.

My Ideal Referral is:: A family needing assistance to sort through the maze of health care decisions they may need to make because of a health crisis or planning for the future. My client's parents may need help selecting an assisted living facility, or may be coming home from the hospital, or the client is having a hip replacement and needs guidance to get all the services in place before the surgery. Perhaps the client has moved from another state and needs to change their Medicare plan and find a new physician.

My Ideal Referral Partner is:: Another business that provides services for the boomer generation. Boomers are dealing with aging parents, careers and their own families, and having the guidance and support during stressful times with their parents' or their own health issues, can reduce stress, lost work time, and facilitate the myriad of decisions that will need to be made.
