Great, if you can make it my network group meets from 8:30 to 9:30am at the Courtney's restaurant on Lake Pine Dr in Apex. It would be a good chance to meet 11 small biz owners in the area, but either before the meeting starts or just after it wraps up you, myself and my investment realtor could meet and see how we may be a good fit for each other. Just let me know if you can swing that and if not we can try to figure something else out. Have a great weekend!

Jarvis,

I actually have been looking for someone in your field, because I have some clients as well as my realtor has some clients that we would like to find a trustworthy property manager for their investment properties that they rent out. Do you have anything scheduled for this coming Thursday morning at 8:30?

My best,

Nick

This year, we completed our pre-winter checklist and decided to replace most of our weather stripping. Although our home is less than 10 years old, I noticed that the door sweeps were beginning to crack, due to constant sun exposure, and were… Continue

Ceiling Fans—More Than a Summer Breeze

It's about 5:30 in the morning, and I'm sitting in the dark living room, mentally preparing for another day. I have on my pajamas and a "wife-lover" T-shirt and suddenly I feel a cool breeze followed by an involuntary sneeze, the likes of which could have come from a two-ton elephant. I immediately look up and notice the ceiling fan is on. In a mad rush, I turn it off and, as expected, the breeze goes away.

A handyman by destiny, but a computer geek at heart, I decide it is time to fire up the… Continue
