About my Business:
Day time - designing the city.
Evening - I am in the healing arts field.
Contact me and let me know which one you want to know more about. : )
About Me:
My career has allowed me to develop a strong background in time management; project management; preparing reports; attention to detail; examining records; technical thinking / writing; multi-tasking; collecting, obtaining and analyzing information; organizational skills; obtaining and analyzing information; and building trust and a bond with my clients in this fast paced field. I have established myself as the “go to“ person with my clients and team members for answers; creative solutions and thinking outside the box; being able to meet scheduled and/or unexpected deadlines & timelines; and doing what it takes to complete a project on time and on budget.
I love the challenge of figuring things out – from the best steps for a project; to meeting deadlines; software / hardware issues; to processes to improve a design / method. I have an above average learning curve and once learned I strive to not only be fast, but just as important - accurate. I don’t let the challenge stop there, I continue to strive to be the best in my field by continuing to learn and train. My skills and abilities make me a valued contact for clients, fellow employees, and as an employee.
My experience in the Raleigh area has been on contracts with Civil Engineering, Landscape Architect, and Architectural firms for compliance with city/town specifications and codes for residential and commercial site development.
My civilian Department of Defense (DOD) contract experience was with Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineers - in direct support for the engineering of weapon systems; manufacturing drawings & maintenance manuals; electrical schematics; circuit board design; parts assessment; and configuration management through review of technical directives for compliance with military specifications and codes.
My Ideal Customer is:
Someone looking to develop land from the coast to the mountains in North Carolina. If you have a idea and want to see how it will look or have a parcel and want to see what you can build on it - come by to see me and let's game plan together!

Hey Dusty, hope you can make it to the End of Summer "Social Hour" Trying to get a bunch of inSiders to meet each other offline. It's what I do :)
Have you heard of the Conservators' Center? It's a rescue center for exotic animals. We are working with The hCard program to help them fund their many needs. Check out their site....http://www.conservatorscenter.org/
Hi Dusty, welcome to Inside919! So I didn't realize the city had tigers...just kidding. That is an awesome picture though. So working on the designs for the city, does that mean you are employed by the state or do they just contract out?
