I've had 3 careers. Trained as a group & family therapist; Sold and directed EAP's for IBM, Nortel, Glaxo and SAS; and now a business consultant specializing in leadership development and multicultural consulting. Live in downtown Raleigh.

My Ideal Customer is:

Someone is telling you about a troubling issue in their organization. It could be any organization, large or small. You ask them two questions:
1. "Would you like to see this issue resolved?
2. "Is there anyone inside your organization who is willing and able to solve it?"
If they say, "Yes, it is important, but no one here is going to handle it," get their business card to me and I'll take it from there.
