- Spirited Solutions Professional Speaking & Coaching was birthed on September 11th, 2000 and this "baby" has been growing strong ever since. I help women, busy professionals, and business owners who want to have more time, energy, and money RIGHT NOW!
- About Me:
- You can call me a self-proclaimed "steel magnolia" in a long line of strong Southern women. Unlike so many folks in our area, I'm actually a native North Carolinian. Yep, born and bred right here!
I earned a B.A. from Wake Forest University, an MSc from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and a PhD from UNC-Chapel Hill. And I'm still a normal human being! (Believe me, that is an accomplishment; I am still a "recovering academic..." LOL!)
When not working (and "work" feels like play for me btw!), you can find me attending a show at DPAC, watching an artsy film, playing with my daughter and our rescued animals, or eating out at an interesting ethnic restaurant. If it's a beautiful day, you'll find me sneaking out before dinner to read in the hammock. Reading, renewal, and Reiki are constant joys in my life. My license plate even says, "I DO REIKI." It's a positive addiction.
Spirituality and belief in a playful, super-loving Higher Power are the sources for my passionate life and Spirited Solutions.

It's been awhile since we've seen each other, but I'm hoping that there's a networking situation that makes it possible for us to see each other again. Hey Barnsley, just wanted to get you the latest update on the Membership Transition of Inside919.
The free Member option is simply not going to work out - with it I have no way to determine who is interested in being an active member and who is simply not checking their email or these comments.
Not requiring some sort of decision leaves us with the same problem I'm trying to resolve. I am sorry for any confusion I've caused.
