About my Business:

My business is helping people who have automotive repair problems. Established in 2003, Autohaus Import Service does automotive maintenance and repair. Working with our clients to make good decisions on the service and maintenance of their vehicles is our top priority. We specialize in European and Japanese imports, but if our clients also own domestics we are happy to help with those as well. We work to establish a trusting relationship where you can feel assured of a quality repair by people of integrity who value your business. We are currently Raleigh's only Ask Patty Certified Female Friendly Service Center. My personal goal is educate women on their cars so they feel confident when dealing with auto repair. Autohaus aslo maintains memberships with local and national trade and business organizations.
Educating our clients on vehicle maintenance helps us help them to get the most out of their investment, so we not only tell you what needs to be done but often show our clients what is needed on the vehicle and explain why. If they need to budget and/or prioritize repair we work with them.

About Me:

I have almost 30 years experience in the auto industry, both in franchised and independent dealerships. In some of my past careers I have done catering, been a dance instructor, a lifeguard, and a stay-at-home Mom. I love to entertain, play interior decorator, kick back with my family, (which includes 4 dogs) to watch a movie or favorite TV show, get up early, talk with my sons, meet with friends, dine out, read, and crafting.

My Ideal Customer is:

An import vehicle owner who values having a relationship with their car care facility.
