About my Business:

I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina and my business is helping people with the sale or purchase of their home. Currently, I am part of the Realty World Partners team. I have a degree in architecture and have also done landscape design, remodeling and real estate investing, all of which helps me, to help you maximize the value of your home. Part of what I do is to take much of the stress out of the buying and selling process, helping clients avoid the landmines along the way.

Having lived in Raleigh for over twenty years, I know the area well and have seen many changes. I remember the anxiety of moving to Raleigh back then. Now, I am fortunate to be able to help NC residents and people who are moving to North Carolina from other parts of the country. My hobbies include real estate, music, art and superheroes. My background also includes some entrepreneurial ventures, one of which was a marketing firm (Ruiz Ageny),which has provided me with valuable experience and ultimately, benefits my clients.

My ideal customer would be persons that see the value of working with a knowledgable and passionate real estate professional like myself. Typically, I help people with real estate needs in Wake county, which includes Raleigh, Cary and sorrounding areas. I can also refer you to a qualified real estate professional anywhere in the world. This is important because it is much easier for me to qualify a realtor out of the area, than it would be for most people who are not in the industry.
