- About Me:
- I grew up in the mountains in Virginia on a self-sufficient farm. I rode horses, milked the cows, slopped the pigs and got eggs from the chicken coop.
I got antsy and spent several years moving:
Flint Hill, VA - Burke, VA - Danbury CT - Fairfax, VA - Orlando, FL - Hickory, NC - San Diego, CA - Apex, NC
I have no desire to move anymore! I love it here. I moved my husband and two children with me across the country to come here - peaceful and full of vibrant business at the same time. Plus, it's a great place to raise a family.
I love spending time with my family and friends. In my free time (infrequent), I like reading, writing, woodworking...and I am never without music. Can't play an instrument, but I love to listen!

I just learned about a wonderful movement that I thought you may want to know about. It's called the Kindness Cure.
Their goal is to recruit 20,000 people to do one act of kindness per week. That's over 1 million acts of kindness in a year!
