About my Business:: Property Management: As a Residential Property Manager/Real Estate Agent, I am a Realtor that doesn't sell homes, but rents them instead. The properties I manage are residential homes: single family, town homes, & condos. I work for the homeowner by assisting them in renting their properties and managing them properly! I will find and screen a qualified tenant, prepare & execute the lease, perform pre and post move-in inspections, collect rent and security deposit, disburse monies to the owner, handle all maintenance issues, evict if necessary, and respond to all third party issues. I have a strong support team to assist me in all these duties.

About Me:: I am married with three grown boys. Originally from upstate NY; met my husband in Austin, TX; moved to NC in 1983 and never left! I coach gymnastics part time and love to scrap book.

My Ideal Referral is:: An investor who owns real estate or homeowner that wants to rent their property. A homeowner that is having trouble selling, may want to consider renting.
