About my Business:: I am the Director of the Wake Tech Wells Fargo Center for Entrepreneurship. We help small businesses get started and we help them grow. We do this through a variety of free seminars, paid courses, confidential one-on-one counseling and special events.

About Me:: I spent 25+ years in sales, marketing and customer relations for progressively smaller businesses and then transitioned to a teaching career at Wake Tech focused on business, marketing and management instruction. I came into my current position last year and enjoy the opportunity to combine my love of teaching while maintaining a better connection to the real business world.

Take some time to go though the Article Marketing Training to best benefit from this and then write some quality Articles simply sharing your knowledge and insights - if you have a hard time starting simply Teach something that you know.

Here are a few pointers to help get you started:

I encourage you to review the 'Groups' page and join the "Business Networking In" Group for your town. This is a great networking opportunity to reach out, meet, and connect with others in the group. There may be other groups that interest you as well that you might like to join.
Also, make sure you’re showing up on our new Business Directory (the key is to make sure the category name used in the Directory is in the "About my Business" field on your Profile (click "Settings" to the right).
Be sure to keep an eye on the Events Calendar. This is where you’ll find a listing of local networking events or training sessions that other members have posted.
