As a Holistic Health Coach I guide you to establishing goals and steps to meet those goals while offering support, guidance and accountability! I also offer workshops and lunch and learns for Corporations and Work Centers.

I have lived in the Raleigh area for 15 years. I have two wonderful Boys age 20 and 16. I love to be outside whether that means walking, gardening,meditating or just being grounded outdoors. I love to learn about and read about herbs, food and alternative health modalities. I love yoga for sooo many reasons. I love to go to plays, listen to music especially Jazz and oldies..( what ever that means to you)
