Recently I met with a sales manager who’s sales were off over twenty percent in 2008 who told me that his remedy for increasing revenue was have his sales team make more calls. So, he implemented a new sales plan in January that required his team to increase their calls by twenty-five percent. This would be accomplished by working till 8:00 pm three days a week. “It’s a numbers game”, he said.
