I am a native North Carolinian, and the oldest of 4 children. I enjoy traveling, writing/blogging, scrapbooking, and consulting with others and sharing with them what I know.

Professionally - I hold master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to real estate, for 13 years, I worked as a marketing specialist with SAS Institute, the world's largest, privately-held software company.
